In February 1692 the witches in the parish Salem were exterminated. These women were hanged on Gallows Hill and by the time the hysteria died down a total of 24 women had died, and after all this time there still is no telling if these were witches or not. Today however there is a town where we know for sure that there are witches. This town is Aurora. In Aurora there is magic, a magic that holds onto the town like a scab to a wound and without it the town would surely bleed out and die. Cut off from the rest of Massachusetts by woods and thick foliage Aurora is thought of as a rather normal port town by the rest of the world, but inside the residents suspect something, there is something different about this town.
Hiding in the shadows live races of darkness and myth. Vampires, Werewolves, Werecats, Witches, and Demons; these creatures live among humans living “normal” lives. Of course they have their problems as many happen to be racist towards the apposing creature races but nothing until now has been seen as problematic. However, a rare site is about to take the small community by storm.
A strange star alignment is taking place above the small community, taking the residences by awe. There is even a festival in celebration for this magical event. Unfortunately, the humans of this local town do not know what is really going on. The alignment is a notification to the local races that the Slayer’s time has come. The slayer is naïve when it comes to the local races within the town and he or she will feel the need to tell the world about them buy killing many innocents of each race feeling that they are all evil beings; until a source sheds light on the truth.
Meanwhile, an evil has been searching for the line of slayers and now after hearing about the alignment they have arrived in Aurora. The cosmos’ are brewing and a battle between good and evil is at hand. It is your choice that will make the difference for this little town, and the world.
